Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Freight Shipments (large wholesale orders): Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier scheduling.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and product.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply for packages that must be reshipped.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
